MOTORIZED COOLING TANK

The profile, housed in conveyor belt, is cooled in the upper part by a nebulised water system via a series of taps positioned along the entire length of the tank, and is then fed into the lower part where it is further cooled by means of a classic immersion system

The belt moves by virtue of being mounted in tension between two pulleys, one motorised and the other idle The 500 mm diameter pulleys prevent the product from being affected by excessive strain or deformation problems

The control panel is positioned at the start of the tank
